Modern application of the age-old art of tattooing provides a safe and natural looking alternative to your daily makeup routine. Permanent Makeup is a process where pigments are placed into the dermal layer of the skin, permanently. Although techniques may vary, the results are always the same - permanent waterproof color, hassle-free and always fresh!

I'm DONNA LINCKS and I'd like to be your Permanent Cosmetics Professional.

I have been trained by: Lesley Lind - Perfect Appearance School of Permanent Make-up in Tampa, Florida. (Manual method of cosmetic tattooing.) Norma Olivera - Charme School of Derma-pigmentation Technology in Tampa/Miami, Florida. (Electronic method of cosmetic tattooing.) Debra Guastella - The Guastella Institute in Metairie, Louisianna. (Paramedical tattooing - scar camouflage & areola repigmentation).

Allied Health Associates in Denver, Colorado. (Study course leading to National Certification in General and Camouflage Tattooing Procedures).

I'm certified in CPR, First Aid and HIV/Aids Prevention and, as required by law, my Sterilization, Sanitation and Disease Control Procedures are reviewed semi-annually by George Cajoleas, DMD.

I belong to the Society for Permanent Cosmetic Professionals, the largest non-profit association for this industry. Active members of the Society must meet the highest standards for safety and technical ability. Member technicians stay current in this industry through regular newsletters, conventions, and educational conferences. You can be confident knowing that your technician is held in high regard by both the medical community and beauty industry.

About Your Needs!

Your needs and expectations will be discussed during a consultation which includes a review of your medical history and before and aftercare instructions. (Please take a moment to review these documents online.)

Typical anesthetics are used to make the procedures as comfortable as possible. Although everyone's tolerance level is different, most clients agree permanent make-up procedures are more comfortable than anticipated. Your comfort and safety are of the utmost importance.

For your protection, strict sanitation and sterilization guidelines are followed in accordance with OSHA and the CDC. Single use sterile needles are used with each application.

There are many different procedures a Permanent Cosmetic Technician can provide. The most frequently requested procedures are eyebrows, eyeliner and lip color. These procedures take between 1-2 hours each.

You will be scheduled for at least one follow-up visit to do any touch-up work and to ensure your procedure meets your expectations.
